توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل منصة SkyNarra لإنتاج المحتوى التعليمي مع بياناتك ومع المواد التي ترفعها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني والاسم، وعند الدخول بحساب Google نستلم الاسم والبريد ومعرّف الحساب فقط.
• المحتوى الذي ترفعه: السكربتات والعروض والفيديوهات والصور وملفات الهوية.
• المخرجات المنتجة لك: الشرائح والصور والتعليق الصوتي والفيديو وحزم التعلم.
• بيانات تشغيلية: جلسات الدخول وسجلات الإنتاج اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.

كيف نستخدمها

نستخدم بياناتك لإنتاج وحداتك التعليمية وتسليمها إليك، وإدارة حسابك واشتراكك، وحماية المنصة. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم محتواك للإعلان.

مزودو الخدمة

نستعين بمزودي خدمات موثوقين لاستضافة المنصة، ولتحليل النصوص وتوليد الصور والتعليق الصوتي، ولمعالجة المدفوعات. يتلقى كل مزود الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازم لأداء مهمته فقط.

العزل والحماية

مشاريع كل حساب خاصة به ولا يطّلع عليها حساب آخر. الاتصال مشفّر، ومفاتيح الخدمات محفوظة في الخادم فقط.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بمشاريعك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. يمكنك حذف أي مشروع، أو تصدير جميع بياناتك، أو حذف حسابك نهائيًا من صفحة الحساب.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط

نستخدم ملفات ارتباط ضرورية فقط لتسجيل الدخول وحماية الجلسة، ولا نستخدم ملفات تتبع إعلانية.

This policy explains how SkyNarra, a learning-content production platform, handles your data and the materials you upload.

What we collect

• Account data: email and name. With Google sign-in we receive only your name, email and account identifier.
• Content you upload: scripts, presentations, videos, images and brand files.
• Outputs produced for you: slides, images, narration, video and learning packages.
• Operational data: sign-in sessions and production logs needed to run and protect the service.

How we use it

To produce and deliver your learning units, manage your account and subscription, and protect the platform. We do not sell your data or use your content for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, text analysis, image and voice generation, and payment processing. Each receives only the minimum data its task requires.

Isolation and security

Each account's projects are private to it. Connections are encrypted and service keys are kept on the server only.

Retention and deletion

We keep your projects while your account exists. You can delete any project, export all your data, or permanently delete your account from the account page.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for sign-in and session security, and no advertising trackers.
